    500 g beef – thigh
      60 ml red wine
        60 ml vinegar

Cut beef meat into 2-3cm thick steaks. In a bowl, mix the marinade from red vine, vinegar, olive oil, rosemary and pepper. Put the meat into marinade and leave it for one hour. In the meantime, turn it over 2-3 times. Take it out of the marinade and salt to taste. Place it on a hot grill and grill it on each side for about 8 minutes. When the meat is roasted put it on a board and let it cool for a while, then slice it into slices. Wash rucola and place it on a plate. Place the slices of steak on rucola and serve.
