ROASTED FLORENCE FENNEL

Wash and clean Florence fennel and slice it to pieces. Heat olive oil in the pan and add slices of Florence fennel. Add salt, pepper and parsley and mix it. Roast for a while, then add water or soup and stew for 15 minutes. Add breadcrumbs, mix it and add water if needed. Mix it constantly and cook for a few more minutes. Serve as a side dish.
