PEPERONATA

Wash the multicolored peppers and cut them into large elongated pieces. Peel the onions and cut them into leaves. Chop garlic finely or crush it with a knife. Heat the oil in a pan and roast onions and garlic in it. Add bay leaves, peppers, salt and pepper. Roast for about 15 minutes, and then add tomato sauce. Cook everything for approximately 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
