GREEN BEANS WITH RUCOLA

        500 g Green beans
          250g Fresh tomatoes
            100g Rucola
              1 Onion
                1 Garlic
                  3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
                    Pepper
                      4 tbsp Olive oil
                        2 tbsp Pinjole

Put savory in salted water and boil it. Wash the green beans, cut the larger ones and put it in the water next to the savory. Cook for about 20 minutes. Then drain it and remove savory. Wash and chop tomatoes. Wash the rucola. Peel the onions and cut them. Put the beans, tomatoes, rucola and onions in a bowl and mix. Mix chopped garlic, vinegar, salt, pepper and oil. Pinjola’s are roasted and cooled. Pour the dressing over a salad and sprinkle in with pinjole.
