Heat oil in the pot and roast minced meat on it along with chopped onions and garlic. Add sliced carrots and tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, marjoram, bay leaf and vegetable soup. Cook for 1 hour, and then add white beans and macaroons. Cook for another 10 minutes.
