Šetraj damo v slano vodo, ki jo zavremo. Stročji fižol operemo, večjega narežemo in ga damo v vodo k šetraju. Kuhamo približno 20 minut. Nato ga odcedimo in odstranimo šetraj. Paradižnik operemo in narežemo. Rukolo operemo. Čebulo olupimo in narežemo. V skledo damo stročji fižol, paradižnik, rukolo in čebulo, ter vse skupaj dobro premešamo. Zmešamo strt česen, kis, sol, poper in olje. Pinjole popečemo in ohladimo. Po solati prelijemo preliv in potresemo pinjole. Put savory in salted water and boil it.
